Reges for Business

Your front desk, answered by a private AI in your office.

Reges picks up every call, books appointments and takes messages. Then it drafts the follow-up email and finds the document your team needs. The AI runs on a machine you own, and your client records stay there. We install it and look after it for a fixed monthly fee.

Reges tells every caller it is an AI assistant. A person always approves anything that can’t be undone.

01Why Reges

One private assistant. Every channel.

  • Private by design

The assistant, its transcripts and your customer list live on a computer in your office, or on a server you control. The AI model runs there too, so your conversations are not sent to an AI company to be processed.

Calls reach you through a standard phone carrier, like any business line. Everything after that stays with you.

  • One assistant for phone, email, documents and contacts

The Reges that answered this morning’s call also logs it against the right contact, drafts the reply email in your tone (a person always sends it), and finds the contract, policy or menu your staff are asking about.

Not a separate phone bot with a separate login.

  • Installed, supported, safe to leave running

We set it up on site, train your staff and keep it updated. If the machine or your internet goes down, calls forward to your staff phone.

It never takes card numbers, and hands anything unusual to a person: refunds, deposits, complaints, large bookings.

02How a call works

Answered, helped, handed over.

Your team sees the booking, the transcript and a drafted follow-up. Anything irreversible waits for a person to approve it.

  1. 01

    It answers.

“Thanks for calling {your business}. I’m Reges, the AI assistant. This call is recorded and transcribed.”

  2. 02

    It helps.

It books from your real availability and rules, answers from your approved FAQ, or takes a detailed message.

  3. 03

    It confirms.

With the caller’s permission, it texts a confirmation. Callers can reply STOP at any time.

  4. 04

    It hands over.

Complaints, refunds, deposits and anything unusual go straight to a person, with the full transcript attached.

03Who it is for

Built for businesses that live on the phone.

  • Law firms

After-hours intake that keeps client confidences on your own machine.

    • New-matter intake questions and a consultation booked in your calendar
    • Possible conflicts flagged to your staff. It never gives legal advice
    • Search your own files and draft replies in your firm’s voice

    • Service appointment requests captured for your advisors to confirm
    • Sales leads in the standard ADF/XML format your CRM already accepts
    • Customer information stays on your premises, which helps your Safeguards Rule programme

Reservations taken during the rush, with the guest list kept by you.

    • Books tables against your own rules: party size, turn times, pacing
    • Waitlist and text confirmations, sent only when the guest agrees
    • Allergy and large-party questions go to your team, not guessed by the AI
  • Home services

Emergency calls triaged and jobs booked, day or night.

    • Urgent calls routed to your on-call tech; routine jobs booked
    • Connects with Jobber, with more to follow

  • It says it is an AI.

Every call starts with that disclosure, and you cannot turn it off.

  • No card numbers.

Payments go through a secure keypad or a payment link, never through the AI.

  • People approve anything irreversible.

Refunds, deposits, outbound calls and anything that isn’t a standard confirmation.

  • Your data, your machine.

Export your contacts, bookings and transcripts at any time.

  • No outbound robocalls.

Reges answers calls and returns calls people ask for. It does not cold-call.

05FAQ

Straight answers.

Anything else? Ask us.

Does my data leave the building?

The AI, transcripts and records stay on your machine. The phone call itself travels over a phone carrier (Twilio), as every business line does.

What if the internet or the machine goes down?

Your number forwards calls to a staff phone.

Can it use OpenTable, Resy or our dealer CRM?

Dealer CRMs: yes, through the standard ADF/XML lead format. Clio and Jobber: through their public APIs. Some reservation platforms only allow approved partners; until we are approved, Reges keeps its own booking book or takes the details for your staff to enter. We will tell you which applies before you buy.

Does it sound human?

It sounds natural, but it always says it is an AI. Book a demo and hear it on a real call.

Is it HIPAA, SOC 2 or GDPR certified?

No, and we will not claim certifications we have not been audited for. We can show your compliance team exactly how it is installed, and we offer a data processing agreement where we process personal data for you (see Compliance).

Who is it not for?

Businesses that need dozens of simultaneous calls on a small budget, and anyone who wants outbound sales calling.

What hardware do we need?

A capable workstation for a single location, or a small AI server for larger offices. Hardware is quoted separately, at cost plus 15%.
